Here is what Trinity has to say about Working with her in Therapy!

I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, supported, and truly understood. Spending part of my childhood overseas taught me the power of resilience and adaptability, values I carry into my work as a therapist. With a background in competitive sports and a deep commitment to mental well-being, I strive to help teens and young adults navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to create a space where you can explore your story, find strength in your unique experiences, and feel empowered to move toward healing and growth.

Within each person lies the strength and potential to overcome life's challenges, and my role is to help you uncover those inner resources. You are a whole person, and I see you as more than just your struggles. Your unique experiences, strengths, and values shape you, and by understanding these fully, we can better address the challenges you face and honor the resilience that makes you who you are.
