Therapy for Adolescents: Online or in-person therapy. This is designated for clients between the ages of 12-17 to process and explore their mental health goals and process their mental health experiences in their schools, families, and/or communities. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.

If you would like to have longer sessions than 60 minutes, we can discuss It as the need arises!
Couples & Family Therapy: Online or in-person therapy. This is designated for clients to work on their romantic or familial relationships. Couples & Family Therapy is designed to help relationships prosper and grow through an exploration of mental health goals and process their mental health experiences. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Intensive Therapy Therapy(only Josephine)
Flat Rate: $1,500 per day
EMDR Therapy: EMDR is a highly researched form of therapy that focuses on letting your brain lead the work, rather than talk therapy. Our brains, when not overwhelmed with trauma, are able to naturally process traumatic events. For EMDR therapy, Josie is seeing clients through the intensive model which has concentrated eight (8) hour therapy days for a short term time (up to 5 days total). This cost includes the EMDR service, an off-site private location for EMDR Intensive sessions, three meals, and up to 2 self-care activities for the day.
